![]() Watch out for them! They are crooks! I also complained about the difficulties I was having in creating a card. I am now going to the Attorney General of my state and filing a complaint about Smilebox. And I certainly believe that they shouldn't ask for your financial information for a free membership, or change their customers to the most expensive membership, at will, without contacting the customer first and asking for permission. I think that they should address the issues that the customer brings up in their emails/complaint form, and not switch to another issue. Maybe they don't want to hear all the complaints. I think that Smilebox should have a human being answering their customer service line. ![]() That's why I chose to start with a Basic membership, and, even if I had decided to upgrade, I wouldn't have gone to Premium. ![]() I received several emails back, telling me that they had wrapped up all of my complaints into one answer, and that answer was how to create a Smilebox card! What about cancelling my membership? What about reversing the illegal charges on my bank account? I am on a limited income and can't afford a Premium membership. I did both, asking them to reverse the illegal charges on my bank account and to cancel my membership. I was redirected to write an email, or fill out a form. However, there is nowhere on the website page to cancel a membership. When I called the Customer Service number to cancel my membership, I was redirected by a recording to go on the website. I was subsequently charged on my bank account for a year's Premium membership. Then, I signed up for a Basic membership, so that I could learn how to navigate the site for free. For one thing, they seem to intend for you to include a lot of smiley family photos. I had problems even creating a Smilebox card.
